Architectural Guidelines

If you're planning to build your dream home, add to your existing home, clean-up your lot, add a pool, build a retaining wall, landscape your yard, or any other improvement to your property... this is where it all starts! 

The Heron Bay Architectural Review Committee ("ARC") was created in accordance with neighborhood covenants and guidelines, and must review and approve your plans prior to the start of any work. To get started just download the "Blue Book" guidelines complete the appropriate request form, and submit your request to the ARC as indicated in the book.
 
**Important: You must use the revised version of the guidelines dated APRIL 2022 if you are starting the approval process for your project after this date.
